These factory seconds were part of a large ordering issue with this series, in which the stitching tolerances were miscommunicated, so the skirt ended up being shorter than intended. They were also not single stitched to brand standard the way our regular garments are.

Since there are waist ties the garment may be adjusted down. If you are on the cusp of two sizes, we recommend going with the larger size.
